While noting that the Honors Convocation is a time to "pause, reflect, and celebrate the achievement of an outstanding group of students who are guided by an outstanding faculty," S. Lisa D. Gambacorto, RSM, Ed.S., Directress, remarked, "Honors Convocation marks a pivotal moment in our school year where we recognize academic excellence and dedication to the values held by our school along with the unique an distinctive honor societies which connect us to global education throughout the world."

Sister Lisa continued, "We are always so busy rushing to the next thing on our task list. Let's slow down tonight and take a little time to appreciate what these honors really mean. The hours of study, the late nights, the perseverance - and yes - the failures that taught you resilience. Thank you to our faculty and parents. We know that without your unwavering support and encouragement, a night like tonight is not possible. Honorees - remember that the same focus and integrity that brought you here today will carry you even further in life."
