The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
Join us on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, at 7 pm in the SLG Theater for our spring musical, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, a musical comedy with music and lyrics by William Finn, with a book written by Rachel Sheinkin, created by Rebecca Feldman with additional material by Jay Reiss.
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee follows six dynamic middle school competitors with a desperate need to win. We are invited into their minds with each song as they get eliminated one by one, learning how they internalize the weight of expectations, the chaos of adolescence, and what it all means to them. Join us for the jokes, the feels, and all the vocab this show has to offer - you might just be the W-I-N-N-E-R!
