Open House Drew Large Crowd of Prospective Students

During a gorgeous fall Sunday, Mount Saint Mary Academy welcomed an incredible group of prospective students and their families to campus for Open House!

Visitors started their afternoon in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception where they heard the angelic voices and performances from our music ensembles, followed by a stirring speech by Sister Lisa Gambacorto, RSM, Ed.S., Directress. She underlined the importance, of a Mount education and the unique, empowering, and impactful experience that students, families, faculty, staff, and alumnae cherish as a part of the school community.

Next, a panel featuring students from every grade level answered 10 questions about student life, academics, activities, and more from the audience plus a fun lightening round.

The program ended with student-led campus tours and a bustling expo in the Mother Mary Patrick Gymnasium where Administration, teachers, faculty, staff, coaches, students representing various clubs and activities, and Mercy Guild members offered informative presentations and shared more about what makes the Mount the place where successful journeys begin!
