We Congratulate the Mount Saint Mary Academy Class of 2026
Michelle H. Daino
Congratulations to the Mount Saint Mary Academy Class of 2026! Commencement Exercises were held on May 30 in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception where diplomas were conferred to 76 seniors and special awards were distributed. This graduating class garnered over $35 million in scholarships and grants.
Mackenzie Daly '26, Mount Saint Mary Academy Class of 2026 Valedictorian, shared pearls of wisdom with her peers during Commencement this morning, which inspired them to "be where your feet are" - a phrase from Track & Field Coach, Andre Bridgett, which was a great motivation for her.
Mackenzie shared, "Frank Ocean states, 'Be yourself and know that that’s good enough.' Don’t get caught up in the fluff of social media or have paralyzing imposter syndrome where all you do is doubt yourself. We have all worked extremely hard to get to this point, and we will all always have our Mount pack to fall back on, to celebrate our accomplishments with, or to get advice from."
She continued, "I am so proud of each and every one of you. You have all left lasting impressions on my high school experience no matter how substantial our interactions may have seemed, and I cannot wait to see all the wonderful things the 2026 '76' will accomplish. Thank you."
Thank you, Mackenzie and we wish you all the best at Princeton University!

Sabrina Tse '26, Mount Saint Mary Academy Salutatorian, stated, "I am incredibly honored to be giving this speech as Salutatorian. My last name, Tse, actually translates to 'thank you' in Chinese, so I’d like to thank everyone who has impacted my high school experience. Thank you to God, administration, Sister Lisa, all of my teachers, coaches, my parents, my family, friends, and wonderful classmates."
Sabrina added, "I encourage you, since we’re all still young and growing, don’t hold grudges and don’t block out the characters in your life story. Because, at one point in your life, each girl here, maybe in some direct or indirect way, has made you smile."
She later noted, "You will find your people anywhere. You can be happy anywhere. You will fit in anywhere. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel like you don’t deserve to be in a room. I’m here to tell you: you decide, you make where you belong. Thank you and God bless you all."
Thank you, Sabrina and we wish you the best as you will continue your studies at Princeton University!
