On April 25, Working in Support of Education (W!se) announced that Mount Saint Mary Academy has been included in the 2025 “100 Best W!se High Schools Teaching Personal Finance” list. Now in its 13th year, this is the first and only national ranking of its type, recognizing excellence in personal finance instruction among W!se’s national network of schools that participate in its Financial Literacy Certification program.

For over a decade, Mount Saint Mary Academy has been committed to preparing young women for success through financial literacy courses, as well as the establishment of the Bloomberg Financial Markets Lab in 2018.

Malgorzata Milej, Mathematics Teacher, stated, "As a mathematics educator at Mount Saint Mary Academy, I am fortunate to equip my students with essential financial literacy skills that they will carry into adulthood. Through lessons on money management, budgeting, saving, investing, and debt avoidance, students gain the tools needed to achieve financial independence and build lasting stability. Sharing this knowledge, which I am deeply passionate about, brings me great joy as I help prepare them for lifelong success."
