Dr. Joseph Bonk Selected as Reader for the AP English Literature & Composition Exam
Congratulations to Dr. Joseph Bonk, English Department Chairperson, who will serve as a Reader for the AP English Literature & Composition Exam. The digital Reading will occur from June 11 to 17.
"The AP Readings I participated in from 2004-2007 remain among the most influential professional development of my career, so I'm excited to participate again," said Dr. Bonk.
"In addition to scoring essays at the Readings, English teachers from the college and high-school levels discuss teaching strategies, modes of assessment, and reminders about what students in AP and college classes can find difficult. I'm eager to share what I learn with the English Department and its fine students!" he added.
