Meet the Office of Enrollment Management

Greetings from the Mount Saint Mary Academy Office of Enrollment Management. I’m Donna Venezia Toryak, the Director of Enrollment Management, and a proud Mount alumna. I am thrilled each year to welcome candidates who have the potential to share many unique gifts and talents with our school community. Whether you are ready to enter grade 9 very soon, or in the years ahead, or are looking to transfer from another high school, read on to learn about this premier, all-girls, private Catholic college-preparatory school, a sponsored work of the Sisters of Mercy.

Taking this time to “meet the MOUNT” by visiting our website has launched you on your journey. You need to discover the school that will be your best fit. Indeed, we hope it will be the MOUNT! Our graduates are accomplished, well-rounded young women who have been empowered to become their best selves during their four-year journey. The MOUNT offers academic opportunities to challenge and enrich students of all skill levels – college prep, honors and AP courses. We offer 12 varsity sports with freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams to delight the most accomplished athlete or the enthusiastic beginner. The MOUNT offers a fulfilling, spiritual environment and service experiences to enhance the growth of each and every young woman. Julia Pierce joined the Mount Saint Mary Academy Office of Enrollment Management as the Enrollment Management Associate in the summer of 2020. She received her BA in Multidisciplinary Studies with minors in Communications, Public Relations, and Event Planning from West Virginia University. Julia served as a teacher’s aide at The Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity in Westfield, as well as The Presbyterian Child Development Center in Morgantown, West Virginia. In addition, she spent a summer interning in the Communications Department at The Pingry School in Basking Ridge.
