Technology Orientation 2018

Each year, the Mount requires that all incoming students (both Freshman and Transfer Students) attend Technology Orientation class. This six-hour class allows new students to become familiar with their school issued tablet pc computer and introduces them to many of the websites and software packages they will use during the school year. Technology orientation allows students to become comfortable with many aspects of the technology program at the Mount prior to the start of school. Students will receive their new tablet pc computers and all campus related logins during orientation. All classes are held in an air-conditioned classroom on the Mount campus.

**PLEASE NOTE** All students must purchase a 13 inch laptop sleeve or case prior to attending class. Students must bring their sleeve or case with them on the first day of class.

Technology Orientation class choices are listed below. The orientation course is broken up into two three-hour sessions which run over two days. Students must attend BOTH sessions.

Class sizes are kept to about 14 students and filled on a first come, first served basis. Class registration is online and is open from May 1 to July 1 only. Please click here for the Technology Orientation class registration instructions.

If you have questions or require further information, please contact our Director of Technology Ms. Carolynn Parisi at cparisi@mountsaintmary.org
