Mock Trial Captures Somerset County Victory

Congratulations to the Mount Saint Mary Academy Mock Trial team upon being designated SOMERSET COUNTY CHAMPIONS! On the evening of February 22, our Legal Lions defeated Montgomery at the Somerset County Courthouse. June Gill '24 was awarded Best Attorney, but everyone played a huge role in this victory. 

 

Danielle Lovallo, English teacher and Mock Trial advisor, said, "Mock Trial is much more involved than most people realize; it's even a dedicated course at some schools, and Somerset County is an extremely competitive division. This team rose to an incredible challenge. They are truly something special and I couldn't be prouder of them! They continue to impress me with their incredible hard work and dedication, not just to the competition, but to each other."
