DEI Sessions Held with Dr. Artis at the Mount

This week, Dr. Diana Artis of Olive Branch Educators, LLC (our DEI - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator and an honorary alumna) met with students, faculty, and staff to focus on our initiatives at Mount Saint Mary Academy. While concentrating on the theme of “Compelled by Mercy and Inspired by Grace,” the community concentrated on how to take mercy into an interconnected world by loving others, connecting with others, and accepting others.” After viewing compelling videos and engaging in icebreakers, we learned to examine who we are and our commonalities.
