Sixty-One AP Scholars Announced

Jacqueline Muratore, Assistant Directress for Faculty, Curriculum, and Planning, announced that the College Board has recognized 61 Mount Saint Mary Academy students as Advanced Placement Scholars.
 
AP Scholars with Distinction: Madeline Ahlbeck, Charlotte Gray, Taryn Murphy, and Mary Claire Schleck
 
AP Scholars with Honors: Olivia Encarnacion, Kailey Fahy, Grace Glynn, Margaret Haran, Kaileigh Lewis, and Brenna Watkins
 
AP Scholars: Madeline Carnesi-Silberstein, Stefani Drivas, Julia Falcone, Ankita Mallik, and Giuliana Pelcher
 
Additionally, 46 graduates from the Class of 2022 earned recognition as AP Scholars, AP Scholars with Honors, and AP Scholars with Distinction. These students include: Emily Abbott, Sidra Al-Ktaish, Emily Benewiat, Cassandra Cavuoto, Mei Chiang, Caitlin Cotter, Hannah Cunniffe, Reagan DeMarco, Angelika Demetrick, Kate Ducoff, Margaret Ferris, Rebecca Gagliano, Erin Geib, Jerrine George, Mariella Hilyard, Marley Hughes, Gianna Iuliano, Ava Janish, Caitlin Kearney, Katherine Kenny, Claire King, Sydney Kress, Avery Longstreet, Catherine Meisner, Julia Meisner, Mikayla Melvin, Reilly Melvin, Bridget Mooney, Alexandra Mueller, Sarah Murphy, Langley Murray, Diana Neste, Riley Newall, Semrit Nijjar, Alexandrea Pace, Victoria Pitonzo, Grace Ramirez, Ella Romeo, Shannon Ryan, Arianna Salerno, Megan Sandstedt, Lindsey Sieman, Kaelyn Twaskas, Laurel Valente, Mary Wieszczek, and Honor Winter.
 
During the Installation Ceremony at Mount Saint Mary Academy, Mrs. Muratore commended the current students and graduates on this significant distinction, as well as “our AP teachers who dedicate themselves each year to providing students with the best education in their AP courses and preparation for the AP exams.” Mrs. Muratore invited the AP teachers to stand at the ceremony to be recognized for their contribution to the Mount’s AP program.
