School Leaders Recognized at Installation Ceremony

On the morning of September 23, an Installation Ceremony was held for the Student Council, Peer Ministers, Peer Facilitators, Executive Board of the National Honor Society, and members of the Cum Laude Society.

 

Jacqueline Muratore, Assistant Directress for Faculty, Curriculum, and Planning, recognized the academic achievement of our Advanced Placement Scholars, and other honored students.

 

Ruth Anne Munroe, Director of Campus Ministry/Student Council Moderator, stated, "Today, we celebrate a new year in each of these programs. Each entail the core of what Mount Saint Mary Academy is all about - Compelled by Mercy, Educational Courage, Inspired by Faith, Principled Leadership, a Voice for Dignity and Respect, and a family community."

 

S. Lisa Gambacorto, RSM, Ed.S., Directress, added, "Today, we install leaders of our school. Who are they? They are servants. Servant leaders must be competent and reliable. But, they must also inspire, communicate, and empower....Always focus on what you can do for the team, not just for yourself...We are Mount Pack! God bless our servant leaders."
