Mount Swim Captures County & Conference Championships

The Mount Saint Mary Academy swim team is currently ranked number 8 in the state by NJ.com. Their dual meet record is 5-1 and they have won the Somerset County & Skyland Conference Championships.

 

“We are so proud of what this team has accomplished so far this season,” said Denise Materia, Assistant Directress (Student Life) and Director of Athletics. “In both championships the team faced quality opponents, but there is more to come! We have high hopes for the team as they battle for the NJSIAA Prep Title next week and the NJSIAA Non-Public A Title in a few weeks. Go Mount!”

 

The Somerset County Championship Meet was held on January 22, 2022. The Mount won 5 of 11 events. These results are from Meet Mobile and are official. First place finishes by event:
