Meet the Admissions Team
Donna Venezia Toryak
Director of Admissions
Greetings from the Mount Saint Mary Academy Admissions Office. I’m Donna Venezia Toryak, the Director of Admissions, and a proud Mount alumna. I am thrilled each year to welcome candidates who have the potential to share many unique gifts and talents with our school community. Whether you are ready to enter grade 9 very soon, or in the years ahead, or are looking to transfer from another high school, read on to learn about this premier, all-girls, private Catholic college-preparatory school, a sponsored work of the Sisters of Mercy.
Taking this time to “meet the MOUNT” by visiting our website has launched you on your journey. You need to discover the school that will be your best fit. Indeed, we hope it will be the MOUNT! Pictures are worth a thousand words and those you see on our website will tell our story. Mount students whose love of learning goes hand-in-hand with their deep sense of spirituality and service, and enthusiasm for involvement in athletics and extra-curriculars, are those you will meet when you visit our beautiful campus. These young women are excited to welcome you and share the reasons why the MOUNT was their high school choice.
Our graduates are accomplished, well-rounded young women who have been empowered to become their best selves during their four-year journey. The MOUNT offers academic opportunities to challenge and enrich students of all skill levels – college prep, honors and AP courses. We offer 12 varsity sports with freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams to delight the most accomplished athlete or the enthusiastic beginner. The MOUNT offers a fulfilling, spiritual environment and service experiences to enhance the growth of each and every young woman. On our hill you will discover the total package to complete your high school journey. I look forward to meeting you very soon!
