The Office of Student Services at Mount Saint Mary Academy is comprised of a team of three school counselors who act as a driving force behind the successful academic growth of each student based upon their individual needs.  Our counselors are assigned a small group of students and have the unique privilege of guiding those students through their years with us.  Our style is unparalleled and can best be characterized as “tailor fit” for each student.

Naviance is a web-based computer application designed especially for counseling offices, parents, and student.  All Mount families have access to Family connection, a comprehensive website that will help students in making decisions about colleges and careers.  Family Connection is linked with Counselor’s Office, a service that is used in our office to track and analyze data about college and career plans.  Naviance offers college and career planning activities as well as dynamic college search and comparison tools.  Students and parents have the ability to run online college searches linked with our school application history as well as take part in age appropriate, validated on-line career planning assessments.  Naviance will be introduced to students in their Student Services classes and parents will receive registration codes in the mail.
