Faithful parents, right from the beginning, have given their time, money, and skills to enrich the school for their daughters and to secure it for future generations. These parents have been central to each transformation that the Mount has achieved. Years ago, parents maintained the Mount's grounds. They also formed the Fathers' Club and the Mercy Guild so that parents could get more involved in supporting their daughters' school. We are grateful for their dedication.
Today, parents still play a crucial part in
advancing Mount Saint Mary Academy. By volunteering
their time, making financial
gifts, or actively participating in Mount organizations
like the Advancement
Cabinet, they help the school
sustain its excellence and meet changing needs. Most recently, the
Angels of Victory track and field is becoming a dream come true thanks to the generosity of
Mount families.
Most of the $4.2 million contributed so far has come
from parents. There are still many opportunities for parents
and
others to get involved in order to reach the goal of
$5 million.
