The Admissions Process

The goal of the MISSIONS PROCESS is to have the School, the prospective student, and her family, learn as much as possible about each other. Eighth grade students are encouraged to spend a day on campus to shadow a 9th grader through her academic schedule.

Following entrance testing, the ADMISSIONS PROCESS includes these steps:

  • Formal application packets are given to students upon completion of the entrance testing.
  • Transcript request forms are included to obtain grade 6, 7 & 8 marks.
  • Two recommendation forms are issued to seek narrative responses from a teacher and a non-academic advisor, counselor or coach.
  • A teacher evaluation form is provided for completion by a reading and/or English teacher.
  • A personal interview for the applicant and her parents is required when all the above requested credentials are submitted.

Students who have not spent a day on campus by this time are required to do so.
